What is your return policy?

All sales are final once your order has been shipped.

You can cancel your order by contacting us ASAP before you receive a tracking number.  Use the Contact Us page to cancel your order.

We offer Priority Mail, which provides insurance on your Pops.  We recommend selecting Priority Mail for higher priced Pops.  In the event that a Pop arrives damaged and is insured, you'll need to file a claim with USPS to receive your refund.
